Services We Provide

Targeted Retained Search

Begins with our visit to your facility. We will be representing your company within the market place for top notch talent, so we begin by listening and learning about your company and it's strategic plan. We consult with your involved decision-makers about organizational plans and people, and discuss alternatives that maintain as flat a level of staff as possible while allowing for ascension planning and a competitive advantage. Retained search involves: research, sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, referencing, and recommendation of "finalist candidates" for a single, specific, high priority, urgent need or confidential position. References are conducted at superior, subordinate, peer, customer and/or vendor levels and are submitted with each finalist candidate's resume prior to a first interview. An initial retainer (and progress payment for positions over $100K) is credited to the final fee amount of 30% to 33% of the placed candidate's first 12 month earnings. Positions exceeding $100K require the initial retainer and a similar progress payment, with both being credited to the final fee.

Senior Level Executive Search

Involves the same process as the Targeted Retained Search with an even greater emphasis on our in-depth qualification of candidates for personal and managerial compatibility. Typically we conduct personal/face-to-face interactive interviews with all finalist candidates prior to making a recommendation. In-depth reference checking provides an accurate prediction of an Executive's future performance within the client's organization. The retainer and progress fee are credited to the final fee amount of 33% of the hired candidate's first 12 month earnings.

Team Building

Involves a search for up to five (5) positions to be filled simultaneously. This cost effective approach is recommended for environments of rapid growth, new or expanding operations, or multiple position locations such as geographical sales territories, regional or branch positions, multiple department or multi-plant staffing. The initial retainer, program fee reductions, and credits are established on a prorated basis according to the number of positions required. This is the most cost effective multiple position Search method.

Strategic Staffing

Specifically designed for our clients' large or continuous staffing endeavors, this blend of strategies (using our Executive Directions, Pinnacle International, and Top Echelon arsenal of services) offers a comprehensive cadre of Strategic Staffing solutions including complete outsourcing of your recruitment and staffing programs. This is not a "one size fits all" approach! All of our Strategic Staffing solutions are configured to meet each client's specific application, working in correlation with our client's internal resources.

Strategic Staffing is a blend of strategies and resources, which resolve the staffing challenges of the new millennium. For situations involving new plant start-ups, corporate or satellite organization development, building sales organizations, or re-engineering organizations, Strategic Staffing is the most cost effective and comprehensive approach to successfully conduct large staffing initiatives and continuous staffing for competitive advantage. Strategic Staffing includes the following New Recruiting Strategies (as described in the book, The War For Talent): 1.) Pumps talent in at all levels, 2.) Hunts for talent all the time, 3.) Taps into many diverse pools of talent, and 4.) Creates ways to reach passive candidates including recommending creative compensation considerations to secure the candidate the candidates you want, using recruiting to sell your company to prospective candidates, and developing a recruiting strategy for each type of talent.
